Andrew Chen is a finance leader with almost 30 years of execution and advisory experience across private equity, equity & debt capital markets and mergers & acquisitions via in-house corporate private & publicly listed roles and major global & mid-market investment banking.  Andrew started his career in Big Four transaction advisory, corporate restructuring, and assurance services. He is a chartered accountant (ACA) in England, a chartered member of the UK Chartered Institute for Securities & Investments (CISI), a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) in Canada and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia in Canada.
