Marloes Jarigsma brings over 25 years of experience in human resources to her role as Chief Human Resources Officer.  

Marloes began her career as an HR professional at Deloitte and has since held various senior roles within HR. She joined vwd in 2013 and has been an integral part of the organization ever since, most recently serving as HR Business Partner at Infront. 

With a strong foundation in human resources and coaching, Marloes is committed to aligning people strategies with business goals, and dedicated to fostering an inclusive, engaging, and growth-oriented workplace culture.
