Infront's updated policies prioritize transparency, data security, and responsible engagement with stakeholders. Committed to UN Sustainable Development Goal number 9, our leadership champions decent work, human rights and safe working environments, fostering a fair and efficient organisation. All policies are reviewed on an annual basis.

We are committed to the highest standards in security and compliance, supported by our in-house Information Security Office and in house Chief Compliance Officer. All employees undertake mandatory training every year on all compliance topics, including data protection, cyber and information security, anti-corruption, code of conduct, anti-harassment and anti-discrimination.
