Infront publishes Transparency and Sustainability Report

Infront sustainability and transparency report 2023

At Infront, innovation goes hand in hand with responsibility. That's why we're pleased to publish our new Transparency and Sustainability Report.

This new report dives deeper into the steps Infront takes to ensure it is an accountable, sustainable business and explains our risk management processes in these areas.

What’s in the report

We’ve clarified how we mitigate compliance risks, both in our organisation and among our vendors. This proactive stance emphasises our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of integrity across all our operations.

The report also details how we take great care in choosing the companies we partner with, ensuring they share our dedication to ethical practices. In our latest findings, there was no non-compliance with the UN Human Rights found among our partner organisations, affirming our commitment to human rights and ethical conduct.

Infront also continues to strengthen its commitment to sustainability and diversity, as shown by several initiatives outlined in the report:

  • Ensuring low-emission operations and setting concrete actions to reduce our emissions further
  • Continuing our commitment to a diverse workforce, which currently represents over 30 nationalities
  • Ensuring gender equality and non-discrimination, through new policies and recruitment processes
  • Harmonising policies across different countries and introducing a culture program to foster shared values consistent with our transparency and sustainability commitments
